The dress was created by AI Romaizan Gold and Jewellery, which is a popular Saudi Arabian firm. It is named the ‘Dubai Dress’ and was unveiled at the Sharjah Watch and Jewellery Expo. Making heads turn instantly for its sheer opulence and craftsmanship, it is made from 21-carat gold, whereas the dress weighs an astonishing 10.0812 kilograms. It costs around AED 4.6 million, which is around Rs 11 crore.
This dress comprises four major elements: a gold tiara weighing 398 grams, a statement necklace weighing 8,810 grams, earrings weighing 134.1 grams, and a 738.5-gram gold piece. Each of the components comes with an intricate carving and is adorned with vivid precious stones, making it an epitome of luxury. This piece is designed to tell the tale of Emirati cultural heritage through gold and fine jewellery, which looks simply extraordinary.

The dress features a high U-neckline detailed with a sharp shoulder-length design and a fitted body. The inverted V bottom hemline made things unique and was teamed with a statement tiara and matching earrings.
