NEW DELHI: Preparations are underway for the last rites of former Gujarat chief ministerVijay Rupani, who died in a plane crash in Ahmedabad last week.Also Read: Bodies of 38 victims handed to kin, Vijay Rupani among those IDedThe last rites of Rupani, Gujarat’s 16th chief minister who was in office from August 2016 to September 2021, will be conducted with full state honours in Rajkot. At 11:30 am, the late BJP leader’s mortal remains will be handed to his family at the Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad. The remains will be taken to Rajkot by air and brought there at 2 pm.
