• What do I get with a TOI+ membership?

    TOI+ is a premium, digital-only subscription service from the Times of India. With TOI+, you get to read 300+ exclusive stories every month. Additionally, you get access to subscriber-exclusive events and 6 weekly newsletters.

    You can also unlock a host of other complimentary subscriptions. In addition to the above you can also opt for higher plans to get access to Times Of India ePaper and 1 year ETPrime Elite subscription.

  • Do I also get the Times of India e-paper or newspaper at home, with TOI+ membership?

    The Times of India physical newspaper is not part of your TOI+ subscription. You can opt for the “TOI+ & ePaper” plan to get access to TOI ePaper in a digital, easy-to-read format.

  • Will my membership be renewed automatically?

    For iOS App and Android App subscribers who paid via Apple account or Google Play, the subscription will get auto-renewed at the end of the subscription period.

    For subscribers who bought TOI+ through desktop, mobile web or Android App via TOI’s payment gateway, if you chose the option of “Auto-renewal” at the time of payment, then will the subscription get auto-renewed at the end of the subscription period.

    We will send a renewal reminder to all subscribers who don’t have auto-renewal setup.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A free trial, or a paid membership cannot be cancelled & refunded before the subscription period runs out.

    If you have purchased from IOS app via Itunes you can manage your subscription via the Apple subscription management section here – https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

    If you have purchased from an Android app or desktop/mobile browser and are facing any issues, please write us at toipluscare@timesinternet.in and we will respond within 3 business days. If there is any product concern or urgent issues we will provide support within 24 hours.
