During an appearance on the SHE MD Podcast, the 70-year-old spoke candidly with hosts Dr Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney about her health and wellness journey. “I did not do, like, an Ozempic,” Jenner said and added, “I tried it. We tried it once when no one knew what it was and it made me really sick.”Recalling the experience, Jenner said she reached out to her doctor after struggling with severe nausea and revealed, “I can’t work anymore. I can’t. I’m so sick.”

She then went on to reveal that they then decided to try something else and explored other wellness options. “I realized that a peptide injection was really great for me,” Jenner shared and added that she added supplements. like fish oils and omega-3. “And that was a game changer,” Jenner said.Besides helping her keep her weight under control, she added that the new routine “bought me an extra couple of hours at night because I get up so early. I tend to want to go and collapse as soon as I have my last email or my last call or see my kids and have dinner and I’m done.”
